Konfliktmegling

Dag Hareide

Conflict Mediation

Conflicts are results of every day human behavior.  They are not only a source of fear and violence, but also a stepping stone to mutual understanding.  Conflict mediation is a voluntary and respectful way of solving problems before they grow out of hand.  This book focuses on different kinds of mediation; family, business, and social related, seen from a nordic perspective.  Is there a way of managing conflicts that is characteristic for the nordic countries?

This book is a standard work on the enlightenment written by some of Norways finest scholars. It is buildt up as a catalogue, inspired by the great french encyclopedia.
